The situation of King Xuan's Zhongxing was not easy to come by, because the Western Zhou royal family continued to decline after King Mu, coupled with the gradual increase in the strength of the various princes, the Zhou Tianzi governance system was severely challenged, so King Xuan of Zhou was a very wise king, where is the wisdom?
After succeeding to the throne, he reused the Duke of Zhao and the Duke of Zhou. At that time, Zhao Gong and Zhou Gong had great influence in the imperial court, and with any other person, all political ideas would be opposed and difficult to realize.
Learn the lessons of Li Wang's excessive politics. In terms of political reform, he tried to touch the interests of the nobility, but when he saw that the aristocracy was strong, he turned to compromise and detour, as can be seen from the political support for the construction of a palace for him by appeasing the summoning prince.
Wage war to establish the prestige of the Son of Heaven. Since internal political reform could not be thorough, after gaining the support of the nobility, foreign wars were launched, the territory was expanded, and the prestige of the Son of Heaven was gradually restored, and the princes came to worship as an example.
