In accordance with the spirit of the documents of the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Notification and Commitment of The Approval of Engineering Construction Projects in Wuhan city and the Notice of the Municipal Urban Construction Bureau on the Implementation of Measures Related to promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of the Construction Industry, Qiaokou District applied for construction permits by means of notification commitments. Since the beginning of this year, the district's administrative examination and approval bureau has handled a total of 24 projects, including 18 new construction projects and 6 decoration projects.

After applying for the construction permit, the construction management station in the district took the initiative to do a good job in serving the enterprises that handled the matters under the commitment system. In the preliminary guidance process of the H1-H4 plot project (H3 and H4 projects) of the "urban village" comprehensive transformation of Dongfeng Village, the district construction management station took the initiative to check the on-site data and guided the enterprise to improve the promised data in a timely manner in the follow-up process.
