According to the data released by the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission, at 0-24:00 on October 29, there were 26 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province (all in Aihui District of Heihe City) and 1 new case of local asymptomatic infection (Aihui District of Heihe City).

Previously, on the 27th, Heilongjiang Province added 1 new local confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (Aihui District, Heihe City) and 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection (Aihui District, Heihe City). On the 28th, there were 9 new local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Heilongjiang Province (all in Aihui District of Heihe City), including 3 cases of conversion from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases (all in Aihui District of Heihe City).

In the past three days, Heihe City has reported a total of 37 positive infections. At present, the source of this round of the epidemic is still uncertain. As a port city, Heihe's epidemic prevention and control pressure is very large. On the 30th, Heihe City issued a notice that in view of the severe and complex epidemic situation in Aihui District of Heihe City, in order to further tighten the control measures, from now on, the Longjiang health code of Heihe City household registration residents will be uniformly changed to "yellow code", and the code will be re-assigned after the current round of epidemic situation is stable.

So where have the people who came out of Heihe City gone in the near future? According to the statistics of Baidu Migration Map from October 21 to 27, about 80% of the population flowing out of Heihe City flows in Heilongjiang Province, of which the top three are the provincial capitals Harbin, Qiqihar and Suihua. Together, these three cities account for about 70%.
