On October 28th, the testing laboratory of the quality supervision center of Shaanxi Coal Group Shennan Industrial Development Co., Ltd. organized everyone to learn the reinforcement-room temperature tensile test method in order to improve the personal business level of the testing personnel, and all the personnel of the testing laboratory participated in this study.
Led by Wang Ziping, section chief of the testing laboratory, this study mainly explained the physical and mechanical properties of building steel, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, bending performance and other concepts and measurement principles with reference to the "Room Temperature Tensile Test Method for Metal Materials" GB/T228-2002 standard. Subsequently, the testing skilled workers carried out the actual operation of the laboratory for everyone, explained the precautions, and learned the reinforcement-room temperature tensile test by learning, seeing, doing, linking theory with practice, and gradually and progressively.
The center requires each inspector to learn and operate each test and be able to operate independently. It has laid a solid foundation for the future development of the center. (Liu Jiu)
