The third is to increase coordination with the Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission, the Target Performance Office, and other units, further deepen the governance of prominent problems in the field of civil air defense, simultaneously promote the collection of ex-situ construction fees and discipline accountability, and strive to enhance the authority of civil air defense work. The fourth is to conscientiously implement the "2510" strategic plan for Sichuan civil air defense, scientifically compile the "14th Five-Year Plan" for civil air defense, scientifically lay out and promote the construction of the "six ones" in sections, and make every effort to consolidate the foundation of civil air defense. The fifth is to adhere to the concept of large-scale human defense, increase communication and coordination with military organs, emergency management and other departments, and coordinate the efforts of all parties to create a pattern of large-scale civil air defense work. Sixth, it is necessary to strengthen the building of party style and clean government in the civil air defense system, so as to carry out the rectification and reform of prominent problems in the field of civil air defense, further standardize the internal management system of the system, and standardize and promote the administrative examination and approval of civil air defense and the construction of projects.
