2 On August 14, the Fifth Circuit Court of the Supreme People's Court conducted a centralized investigation and study on the administrative trial work of the circuit district courts in Liupanshui. Huang Yongwei, president of the Administrative Trial Division of the Supreme People's Court, attended the research forum and commented on the guidance. Wei Wenchao and Wang Guoxian, vice presidents of the Fifth Circuit Court, leaders of the five high courts in Charge of administrative trial work in Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, and Tibet, and relevant leaders of Liupanshui City attended the forum.

Trial Execution
01 Criminal trials
On August 11, the Weining County Court held a public hearing on a case of producing and selling toxic and harmful food and pronounced a judgment in court, sentencing the defendant to 10 months' imprisonment on behalf of a certain person in accordance with the law and a fine of 15,000 yuan; the illegal gains were recovered according to law; they were not allowed to engage in food production and operation management for life; they were paid 5,000 yuan in compensation ten times the total price of the production and sale of toxic and harmful food; and they publicly apologized to the public in the media at or above the provincial level. Dai X expressed his acceptance of the verdict in court and did not appeal.
On August 11, the Yuping County Court held a public hearing on the case of defendant Huang Mouxue (director of the Dalong Police Station of the former Yuping County Public Security Bureau) suspected of bending the law for personal gain, and pronounced the verdict in court. Defendant Huang Mouxue committed the crime of bending the law for personal gain and was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of one year, suspended for two years. Dozens of police officers from the Yuping County Public Security Bureau attended the court to attend the trial and received a baptism of warning education on job-related crimes at zero distance.
02 One-stop litigation service
In order to facilitate the litigation of the parties, the Panzhou court implemented an electronic service platform to facilitate the litigation of the parties. On August 10, the judge who undertook the case completed the electronic service work in less than an hour after obtaining the consent of the party, Chen Mou. So far, the Panzhou court has received a total of 225 cases through the unified service platform, completed 440 electronic service times, and successfully served 292 people.
Recently, the Anshun Intermediate People's Court opened a special external number for 10102368 telephone delivery, providing litigation services such as telephone service notice, guiding electronic service, receiving parties to pick up their own doors, and serving documents for consultation.
On August 12, the Wenshui People's Court of Xishui County Court, together with the Wenshui Town Comprehensive Management Center and the Wenshui Town People's Mediation Committee, successfully mediated a dispute over the wages of migrant workers, and after the two sides reached an agreement, the Wenshui People's Court delivered the people's mediation agreement and the judicially confirmed civil ruling to each party on the spot, so that they could eat a reassuring pill. Pu X, Liu X and 11 others worked on the construction of the subgrade and bridge project in the second construction area of the eighteenth lot of the Zhengxi Expressway in a construction engineering company in Guizhou, and the two sides owed more than 480,000 yuan in wages to the migrant workers due to the contracting variance, and the two sides had a dispute.

04 Execution
Recently, in the ten-day "Thunder No. 6" special enforcement action, the courts at both levels in Qiannan concluded a total of 510 cases, 79 million yuan in place, detained 8 people, detained 20 people, seized 18 vehicles, seized 1460 square meters of real estate, and searched 7 times. 05 Bilingual Trial
Recently, a case of eliminating obstruction of neighborhood disputes was held in Chang'an Community, Wangyou Town, Huishui County, Guizhou Province, and in order to facilitate the plaintiff and the defendant, the bilingual trial team of the Huishui Court used the Buyi language to try the case throughout the whole process, and invited local village committee cadres and prestigious village elders to organize the plaintiff, the defendant and their relatives to gather in the hall house to talk about the reasoning and mediate the dispute.

"The whole village knows, it's a shame"
"Judge, I have come to pay off the loan for my brother Xiong, and everyone in the village knows about his becoming a dishonest person, and we as relatives feel very humiliated, please remove him from the list of untrustworthiness!"
On August 10, 2020, as soon as he went to work, Zhang Mou, a relative of Xiong X, a person subject to enforcement in the Xifeng County Court, found the enforcement judge and asked to perform the obligations determined by the effective judgment on the spot.
It is understood that the person subject to enforcement in this case, Xiong X, borrowed 20,000 yuan from Hu X on the grounds that his father was seriously ill, and agreed on the repayment period, but at the agreed time, Xiong refused to repay the loan, and disappeared and could no longer find anyone, and Hu had no choice but to sue Xiong to the court.
The Court of Interest Feng ordered Xiong to repay the principal and interest of Hu's loan totaling more than 20,000 yuan in accordance with the law. After the judgment took effect, Xiong Mou still disappeared without a trace, as if evaporating in the human world. Hu then applied to the court for compulsory enforcement. After the case enters the enforcement procedure, the court issues an enforcement notice and a property report order to the person subject to enforcement, Xiong, in accordance with law.
On June 26, 2020, Xiong was lawfully included in the Supreme People's Court's information database on judgment defaulters. On Saturday, August 8, 2020, the Xifeng court exposed Xiong as a judgment defaulter through WeChat and Douyin. Xiong's brother-in-law Zhang saw that there was Xiong's name on the blacklist of untrustworthiness, asked Xiong, and went to the court at the first time to perform the repayment obligation for Xiong. After the payment for the pending execution of the case arrives, Xiong's "big name" can be blocked from the list of untrustworthiness.
