According to NBA reporter Brad Townsend, the agent of free agent Monta Ellis contacted him and told him that Ellis was trying to return to the NBA.
Ellis, 36, is 1.91 meters tall and plays as a guard, and has played for the Warriors, Bucks, Lone Rangers and Pacers in his NBA career.
Ellis last played for the NBA in the 2016-17 season at the Pacers, averaging 27 minutes per game and averaging 8.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
