On November 4, New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua Insurance") issued an announcement on the qualifications of directors approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. According to the announcement, Xinhua Insurance recently received the CBIRC's "Reply on the Qualifications of He Xingda of New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd." (and the "Reply on the Qualifications of Yang Xue of New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.") from the CBIRC, and the CBIRC has approved the qualifications of He Xingda and Yang Xue as directors of the Company. The term of office of He Xingda and Yang Xue as directors of the Company begins on October 27, 2021 and ends at the expiration of the seventh term of the Board of Directors of Xinhua Insurance.
