It is addressed from three points of view like clutter amplitude distribution model,clutter power spectrum model and clutter simulation method deeply,and Gauss clutter power spectrum model is adopted. Simulation experiments on amplitude distribution and data sequence of Weibull distribution,logarithmic normal distribution and K distribution are carried out with MAT- LAB Simulink. The experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis basically. And accuracy of clutter model is proved,which provides a reference for radar target detection and clutter suppression design. Keywords: rada
