The Tasmanian Wombat is a marsupial animal found in southeastern Australia. Living alone, territorially conscious, good at digging caves, underground tunnels can be up to 20 meters long. Diurnal and nocturnal, herbivorous. Wild Tasmanian wombats have a lifespan of 15-20 years.

Growth and Breed
Tasmanian wombats breed every two years, with females gestation lasting 20-30 days and each litter. The pups live in the female's nursery bag, breastfeeding for about 6 months, starting to live independently at 18-20 months of age, and sexually mature at 2-3 years of age. Wild Tasmanian wombats have a lifespan of 15-20 years, and captive breeding can live up to 30 years.

Tasmanian wombats are mainly found in southeastern Australia, including Tasmania, the mountains of southern Queensland, Victoria, bass channel islands and Flinders Island.
