On November 9, the signing ceremony of the Joint Statement on Open Licensing for Information Accessibility and the Inaugural Meeting of the Open Working Group on Information Accessibility Technologies and Intellectual Property Rights were held. The Chinese Academy of Information and Communications Technology, together with Alibaba Group, Ant Group, Kuaishou Group, Ele.me, Tencent, Bilibili and 360 Group, jointly established the "Information Accessibility Technology and Intellectual Property Open Working Group". The above-mentioned representatives signed the Joint Declaration on Information Accessibility Technology and Intellectual Property Rights Opening, which opened 28 patents involving "suitable for the elderly and assisting the disabled" free of charge, and the aspect of ageing mainly involved remote assistance, voiceprint registration, network live broadcast interaction, etc.; the accessibility aspect mainly involved the identification and optimization of online behavior of visually impaired and hearing-impaired users, and the privacy protection in the process of online operation.
