As of September 14, it has been a full 13 days since the disappearance of 22-year-old Sichuan Junxian girl Long Qile Weizhou Island, and there is still no news of her.
Before that, on the evening of August 25, six days before Long Qile disappeared, at more than 8 o'clock in the evening, He Hongyu, a 19-year-old high school girl from Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, also disappeared from Weizhou Island, and there is still no news.
On September 14, He Hongyu's family disclosed to Red Star News reporters the last surveillance footage and the full text of his suicide note before He Hongyu disappeared. The family believes that the video surveillance and suicide note have exposed many doubts that cannot be explained, and refuse to endorse the "suicide" claim.

Surveillance Video:
While running, I stopped halfway to look back
"It seems that someone is chasing after you"
"If she's really going to kill herself, is it necessary for her to bring a coat and hat when she goes out?" The doubts in He Hongyu's aunt He Chunxiu's heart could never be eliminated, and other family members were also confused.
After the incident, the surveillance video obtained by the family showed that at 20:23 on August 25, He Hongyu went out from the "Huayu Daydream" inn on Weizhou Island (No. 53, Zitongmu Village) in Beihai, wearing a coat and hat.
Four minutes later, at 20:27, He Hongyu appeared at the north gate of the South China Sea Western Petroleum Company (base) near the curtain cliff of Weizhou Island, which was the last video record of He Hongyu's appearance on Weizhou Island.
In the video, the family members found that He Hongyu ran all the way into the surveillance screen, and there seemed to be a yellow light flashing when the emergency lights of the car were turned on. After running a few steps, He Hongyu stopped, looked back, and then continued to run forward. In the process of running out of the picture, He Hongyu seems to be still looking back.
"I felt like she was panicking, running in a hurry, looking back from time to time, as if someone was chasing after her." He Hongyu's aunt, Ms. Peng, told Red Star News that there was another monitoring probe in the nearby road section that could capture He Hongyu's follow-up actions. "But this monitoring was broken on the 25th and was only repaired on the 26th." Ms. Peng said that before the Sichuan girl Long Qile disappeared, there was also a monitoring probe that was broken.
In response, Mr. Zhang, Long Qile's uncle, said: "That camera is a construction site gate, if this monitoring is intact and working, it can only mean that Long Qile has come up from this road, because there are many forks in this road." ”
Family Accident:
She didn't tell anyone in her family before she went to Weizhou Island
The police station confirmed that he had left a suicide note behind his disappearance
According to He Hongyu's family, when they received the police notice, everyone was very surprised. He Hongyu did not tell anyone in the family before he went to Weizhou Island. Afterwards, the family received from the Weizhou Island police station some of the items left at the Weizhou Island Inn, including a handwritten suicide note. He Hongyu's beige pants, beige light plaid shirt collar coat, white hat and school bag were gone.
The "Police Record of the Reception" of the local police station in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, shows: "I received a call from Qin Police Officer of the Weizhou Island Police Station in Beihai City, saying that villager He Hongyu left a suicide note and relics in a hotel on Weizhou Island. On the evening of September 14, the director of the local police station in Pingxiang City, Zhou, confirmed to the Red Star News reporter the news that He Hongyu had left a suicide note, and at the same time confirmed that he had received a call from the Weizhou Island police station, hoping that they would notify He Hongyu's family.
It is understood that after receiving a call from the Weizhou Island police station in the Northwest Sea of Guangxi, the police station immediately informed He Hongyu's parents and other family members, and the "Police Record of the Reception" believes that "the authenticity of the relics was confirmed through the family, and from the suicide note, he Hongyu was judged to have a plan and premeditated to choose to go to Weizhou Island to save his life." ”
According to the "Registration Form for Receiving Police Officers", the Red Star News reporter contacted Qin Police Officer qin of the Weizhou Island Police Station of the Beihai Municipal Public Security Bureau, who was responsible for handling He Hongyu's disappearance. Officer Qin said he was "not interviewed, I have something to do with the propaganda department, and then hung up the phone. The reporter then called Director Huang of the Weizhou Island Police Station, but the phone has not been answered.
Handwritten Suicide Note:
The mention of "time" twice is very rushed
"Don't waste resources looking for me"
"Mom: You may have found out that I was missing when you received the letter, or you may not have, and I was a bit in a hurry when I wrote the letter, so I only wrote the main points." In this suicide note, He Hongyu did reveal the idea of taking his own life, but did not say the direct cause of suicide, did not give specific examples, and did not even mention the pressure of studying or the college entrance examination.
She said in her suicide note: "In fact, I have been full of hopes for death since I was ten years old, my time is the sin I have arrived at, I am always thinking about why I exist, why I was born, everything is not your fault." 」 I always think of being out of place with this world, this is where I am best, what I have chosen, I hope you can live well... Well, maybe something else I would have wanted to write about. Because of the rush, I can't remember. Finally sorry Mom, giving birth to such a monster as me will make you sad, but I really don't fit to live in this world. Don't waste resources on me. ”
Aunt Ms. Peng told the Red Star News reporter that after the family identified, it was determined that the suicide note was He Hongyu's handwriting. But the handwriting of the suicide note is sloppy, not he Hongyu's usual writing style, "her writing has always been very neat. ”
The Red Star News reporter noticed that at the beginning and end of the suicide note, He Hongyu mentioned the "time" problem, saying for the first time that "time is a bit rushed, so only write the main points", and at the end of the article, "Because of the hurry, I can't remember it.".
"Before the loss of contact, the handwriting was so sloppy, indicating that she was really in a hurry, so what was she rushing?" The details of the suicide note noticed by the Red Star News reporter are also the most incomprehensible places for the family.
Eldest daughter in the family:
Decided to make up for one year and then sprint to the college entrance examination
Little stress but no suicidal tendencies
He Hongyu, 19, a native of Pingxiang City, is the eldest daughter of the family and has a younger sister who is in her second year of junior high school. This year, He Hongyu sprinted for the college entrance examination, and his results went up to the second line. But she was not satisfied, so she decided to study for a year and continue to sprint next year. Ms. Peng said that because her sister wants to take the college entrance examination, her sensible sister usually lets her sister, and everything that has good food at home is kept for her sister. "Parents love both daughters the same!"
Aunt He Chunxiu told Red Star News that He Hongyu's father worked in Hunan and his mother worked in a local factory. In order to let her daughter have a quiet environment to prepare for the college entrance examination, in mid-August this year, the family rented a room near the school, and usually He Hongyu reviewed her homework alone in the rental house, and the family did not bother her. Before receiving the call from the police, the family did not know that she had gone to Weizhou Island in the Beihai Sea alone.
The timeline of the post-verification shows that He Hongyu departed from Pingxiang Railway Station on August 23, arrived at Weizhou Island on the 24th, and stayed for one night at the "Huayu Daydream" inn. On the 25th, He Hongyu took a big photo of himself on the beach of Weizhou Island, smiling and sunny, looking at ease, and the distant coastline can be seen in the background, which is the last selfie left by He Hongyu before he disappeared. After 20:27 that night, He Hongyu disappeared without a trace.

In the Tencent photo album, He Hongyu left a number of study and life photos, which became the last thoughts of his family at this moment. "The college entrance examination results are not ideal, she is a little stressed, but she did not show other abnormalities." Before the accident, she also took the initiative to teach herself Japanese, and she also took the initiative to go to cram school. Aunt He Hongyu and aunt both said that He Hongyu had never expressed the idea of taking his own life before.
After He Hongyu disappeared, his parents, aunt and many others rushed to Weizhou Island to find and clean up the aftermath. It was not until August 31 that He Hongyu's family had no choice but to leave Weizhou Island. Today, He Hongyu's parents, who have difficulty accepting the fact that their daughter is missing, are still extremely heavy and difficult to let go.
"The parents of the children are more honest, and the doubts exposed by the suicide note and monitoring have not attracted their attention." After I read it, I had doubts. Later, when I saw that the Sichuan girl Long Qile was also mysteriously missing on Weizhou Island, I was even more alert. Ms. Peng told The Red Star News reporter that He Hongyu was missing and had not attracted media attention before, "Now that I think about it carefully, I feel more and more that things are not so simple." ”

Latest Developments:
There has been no progress in both missing cases
The two families denied that the two girls knew each other
On the afternoon of September 14, the uncle of Long Qile, a missing girl in Sichuan, and others stayed at the Public Security Bureau of Beihai City, Guangxi Province, hoping to wait for further updates, and they spent the Mid-Autumn Festival in anxiety and expectation. "No information available!" After Long Qile disappeared for a full 13 days, his uncle Mr. Zhang helplessly told the Red Star News reporter. That night, the family members took a plane and left Beihai overnight and returned to Kunming to deal with the aftermath.
According to a previous report by the Beijing News, the police disclosed that Long Qile traveled alone after going to the island and was not accompanied by netizens; long Qile had sent WeChat to let relatives and friends take care of his mother and cats before he disappeared; he had also sent a Weibo saying that he wanted to jump into the sea; and found an unused passport in his luggage. Uncle Mr. Zhang told reporters: "These situations are all there, and Long Qile sent a message to a friend we all know, entrusting a friend to take care of his mother and cat. ”
"That cat is also a good companion for Long Qile, and when she comes home from work, if her mother is not at home, it is the cat who accompanies her." Mr. Zhang said that Long Qile has not kept cats for a long time, and it is estimated that he only started to raise cats this year. In Kunming, Long Qile lives with his mother and cats. Now Long Qile is missing, and only the cat is still with her mother. On September 14, Long Qile's parents both took blood samples at the Beihai Municipal Public Security Bureau.
In the process of searching for Long Qile, the family members also accidentally learned the news that He Hongyu, a girl from Pingxiang, Jiangxi, was missing, so they got in touch with each other. Although the disappearance of the two girls was only a week apart, the families of both sides said there was no evidence that the two girls knew each other or had interacted online.
He Hongyu's aunt, Ms. Peng, said that she learned afterwards that He Hongyu may have something in common with Long Qile, such as both like anime and play Weibo, but He Hongyu did not leave any information about the disappearance on Weibo and in the circle of friends.
The Red Star News reporter searched He Hongyu's Weibo and found that her latest Weibo update was on August 24, the day she arrived at Weizhou Island, and the weibo content was "I want to be selected". The last Weibo post was posted 10 days ago, and the content was "Hundred Ghosts Night Walk". The text is not connected and looks inexplicable.
Ms. Peng said that He Hongyu had not expressed these inexplicable and surprising languages, whether online or offline, and these Weibo languages appeared only after August this year. "Therefore, we suspect that she may have met some bad friends before she left Weizhou Island."
For the two missing incidents of girls on Weizhou Island, the fate of Long Qile and He Hongyu will continue to be paid attention to by Red Star News.
