In August 2019, He Ming accepted the banquet and entertainment venue activities arranged by Ma Moumou, the person in charge of the land consolidation project in Wamu Town; in January 2020, He Ming accepted the banquet and entertainment venue activities arranged by Yan Moumou, director of Zhongfo Village, and sent relevant photos to the WeChat circle of friends, causing adverse social impact. In April 2020, He Ming received a severe warning from the party.
