Since last year, under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control, courts across the country have identified the entry point for judicial services for the development of the private economy, protected property rights and the legitimate rights and interests of private entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, and strived to create a fair, transparent and predictable business environment based on the rule of law, so as to escort the development and growth of the private economy.

"Guangxi courts have made overall plans to promote the prevention and control of the epidemic and the major decision-making and deployment of economic and social development, find the entry point and focus point of judicial services, and escort the fight against the epidemic and serve the overall development situation." Huang Chao, deputy to the National People's Congress, assistant general manager of Guangxi Forestry Group Co., Ltd. and director of the Legal Affairs Department, said that since last year, Guangxi courts have issued implementation opinions on promoting the construction of a law-based business environment, formulated a negative list of ten articles that hinder the business environment, actively participated in the action of optimizing the business environment, and the time taken by the courts in the whole region to resolve commercial disputes was 178 days shorter than in 2019. Ten opinions on judicial protection of property rights and the rights and interests of entrepreneurs were promulgated, activities were carried out to contact and visit key enterprises, a green channel for "establishment, trial and enforcement" of enterprise-related cases was established, and 243469 cases involving enterprise disputes were concluded from expedited trial. It has issued 19 opinions on judicial services to ensure the construction of the free trade zone, set up circuit courts in nanning, Qinzhou and Chongzuo cities, concluded 1,046 foreign-related civil and commercial and maritime commercial cases, concluded 486 foreign-related judicial assistance, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan judicial mutual assistance affairs, and served the "Belt and Road" construction and major strategies such as southbound and Dongrong, all of which have achieved very obvious results.

Serving the overall situation is an important political task and an important mission of the people's courts. It is hoped that the people's courts will accurately grasp the new characteristics and new requirements of the new development stage, high-quality development, and new development pattern, accelerate green development, promote the strategic deployment of industrial revitalization, rural revitalization, and scientific and educational revitalization, strengthen judicial response in normalized epidemic prevention and control, find the entry point and focus point of judicial services, and ensure that wherever major national decisions are deployed, judicial service guarantee work will be followed up.
