At the beginning of May, the Fangcun Town Party Committee issued the "Implementation Opinions on Carrying Out the "Four Leading Offices" Party Building Project to Promote Rural Revitalization", advocating that the village party branch lead the cooperative, which greatly inspired Wang Qiang. After field research and many discussions, he decided to take advantage of the resource advantages of Doujia Village's close proximity to the reservoir and the rich experience of the villagers in planting rice to develop the rice-shrimp polyculture project, which is a mature and fast-achieving wealth project according to local conditions.
The branch leads the collective industry, the branch secretary leads the project of getting rich, the central household of the party member leads the public affairs, and the backbone party members lead the people's livelihood; this is a party building project of the "four leaders" that the Tongshan District Committee and District Government of Xuzhou City innovated and implemented at the beginning of this year.

"This year, it is expected to produce 600 kilograms of rice per mu of rice and shrimp fields, 400 kilograms of crayfish and about 200 kilograms of shrimp fry." In half a year, each mu can increase the income by about 8,000 yuan. Wang Qiang is full of expectations for rice and shrimp polyculture, "the party branch led the cooperative, concentrated on building an efficient agricultural aggregate, and achieved the goal of 'the branch has something to do, the masses enjoy the benefits, and the collective has benefits', and the road is getting wider and wider." We will use shrimp as the medium and rice as the introduction to build Doujia Village into a pastoral leisure and tourism base integrating efficient agriculture, leisure tourism and green food processing, and become a characteristic model for the integrated development of agricultural tourism and rural revitalization in the suburbs of Xuzhou. ”
Coincidentally, due to the vigorous development of rural tourism, in recent years, Beicun Village, Liuquan Town, Tongshan District, has become a well-known "star village" and "net red village". The villagers of Beicun, who, like Liu Chang, have embarked on the road to prosperity have also benefited from the help of the tourism professional cooperative led by the village party branch. Liu Guangduo, secretary of the village party committee, said that the original industry in their village was all based on quarrying for a living, and all 16 hills in the village were destroyed, and the people have relied on quarrying for many years, resulting in a high casualty rate, and the villagers have not really become rich. Beicun Village has found a new development direction for the development of rural tourism by the mountains and rivers, they give full play to the ecological advantages of the village, hire tourism planning experts to carry out overall design, dig deep into natural and cultural resources such as historical sites and ancient villages, and establish a tourism industry development plan for the construction of Loushan Island Resort. Subsequently, it invested more than 1 million yuan to build a cruise ship terminal and lay a 5.4-kilometer tourist loop road. In 2020, the first phase of the Loushan Bay Huguang Pastoral Resort, which covers an area of 3,000 mu with a total investment of about 500 million yuan, will be completed and opened.
At present, Beicun Village has formed three pillar industries dominated by ecological tourism, supported by aquaculture and processing such as crabs and shrimp, and supported by e-commerce platforms, driving more than 300 households and more than 1,000 people in the village to engage in tourism-related industries, with an annual income of nearly 100 million yuan in tourism.
