On November 19, the 41st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Xishui County was held. Chen Yongqing, chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and Yang Song, Lu Yugang, Yang Chaogang, Cai Ting, and Tian Li, deputy directors of the county people's congress, attended the meeting. Chen Yongqing and Cai Ting presided over the meeting separately.
The meeting shall be composed of 33 members of the Standing Committee, and the actual number shall be 29, which shall meet the quorum.
The meeting heard, deliberated and voted to adopt the report of the county people's government on the study and handling of the "Deliberation Opinions of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress on the Vocational Education Work of the County People's Government", the "Deliberation Opinions of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress on the Report on the Construction of the Social Security Prevention and Control System of the County People's Government", the "Opinions of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress on the Deliberation Opinions of the County People's Government on the Report on the Management of State-owned Assets in 2020", the report on the rectification of prominent problems found in the audit work report, Study and handle the situation of the "Deliberation Opinions on the Handling of Criticisms and Opinions Suggested by Deputies to the Sixth Session of the Sixteenth County People's Congress" and the report on the handling of the criticisms suggested by the deputies to the Seventh Session of the Sixteenth County People's Congress, and the satisfaction evaluation of the county people's court's study and handling of the "Deliberation Opinions on the Deliberation Opinions on the Handling of The Suggestions and Opinions of the Deputies to the Sixth Session of the Sixteenth County People's Congress".
The meeting also heard, deliberated and voted on the report of the county people's government on the 2021 financial budget adjustment plan (draft), the report on the implementation of the financial budget for January-October 2021 and the draft financial budget for 2022, and the "Rules of Procedure of the Xishui County People's Congress (Revised Draft)".
The meeting also heard, deliberated and voted on the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress on Approving the County's Financial Budget Adjustment Plan for 2021 (Draft), the Decision on Convening the First Session of the Seventeenth People's Congress of Xishui County (Draft), and the Resolution on < the Rules of Procedure of the Xishui County People's Congress (Revised Draft) > (Draft).
The meeting also heard, deliberated and voted on the review report of the review group of the county people's congress standing committee on the implementation of the financial budget for January to October 2021 and the draft financial budget for 2022, the review report of the county people's congress standing committee on the qualifications of the county people's congress deputies, the work report of the county people's congress standing committee, and the relevant materials of the first meeting of the seventeenth county people's congress.
The meeting also heard, deliberated, and voted on the motions on the appointment and dismissal of personnel submitted by the chairman's meeting of the county people's congress standing committee and the county people's government. The circular also introduced the basic situation of the personnel to be appointed, the reasons for nomination, and the pre-appointment publicity. Commitments were made to the appointment of the persons to be appointed.
Chen Yongqing issued certificates of appointment to newly appointed state organ personnel, and the newly appointed personnel collectively solemnly swore an oath to the Constitution.
