Well, as for why I joined the Navigator Club, I actually had my original intention. I joined the Shell housing platform from a small and well-known local intermediary company, because I very much recognize the concept of Shell, I want to move upwards and good, and I want my company and employees to be able to do better performance, get better development, and achieve the growth of our team.
So I chose to join Deyou, and on the Deyou platform, one of the best organizations is the navigator, and since I am running for excellence, then I must join an excellent organization. Coupled with the fact that BD has promoted the various rights and empowerments of the Navigator Club, the Navigator Program and I can also be regarded as a two-way trip.
What was the biggest takeaway from joining Navigator?
Speaking of joining the Navigator Organization, the biggest gain is to first get to know the general manager of our Deyou Business Department, Zhang Tiance, who gave us a lot of effective support and help, and gave me a lot of suggestions on the operation of the store.
In fact, this year everyone is more difficult, join the navigator program, the platform from the capital, resources, empowerment of all aspects have given me a lot of support. The monthly coach management analysis meeting allows me to calm down and sort out the problems of the store and review the operation of the previous month.
Another very big gain is to get to know some excellent shop owners among the navigators, and usually we will also have communication and exchanges, discuss the experience of store management, which has benefited me a lot. The Navigator Club is like a big CG circle, linking excellent stores in different business districts and laying the foundation for our cross-regional cooperation.
After joining Navigator, what happened to the store operation?
In terms of store operations, I began to pay more attention to some data online, and I was more in line with the values of Shell. In fact, I am already doing management in the original company, and I am ashamed to say that although I have many years of management experience, I am not so scientific and systematic, formalized. After joining the Shell, especially after joining the Navigator Organization, through participating in some conferences and seminars, I learned some excellent management experience and reflected on some of my own problems. In terms of store operation and management, more attention is paid to speaking with data, and data is used to manage stores, which also makes the management of our stores more standardized and systematic. I also have a clearer understanding of the ratio of personnel and the arrangement of the organizational structure of the team.
What advice do you have for store owners who have not joined the Navigator?
For some store owners who want to understand our navigator organization in the future, I have some suggestions, that is, we must learn from excellent stores and actively participate in some activities on the platform, so that we can become more excellent.
