However, recently, foreign media filmed a group of Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV in overseas winter testing spy photos, according to the media, this Mercedes-Benz pure electric SUV will take bmw iX as the biggest competitor, or will be officially released in 2022.

As can be seen from spy photos, the test vehicle is covered in camouflage, so some details may not be known. However, in terms of the front face, the car adopts the fully enclosed grille commonly found in electric vehicles, and the two sides are larger headlight groups. This is not quite in line with the current popular flat lamp design. From the side, the Mercedes-Benz EQE has a streamlined body and a slightly slippery rear, an upward waist line also makes the car's sense of movement and visual center of gravity improved, and the embedded door handle design can effectively reduce the resistance during driving.
The power and endurance of this new Mercedes-Benz SUV have not yet been announced, but there is news that the car will use the same EVA2 architecture as the EQE sedan version, so it may share the power system with the EQE, which has confirmed that the EQE will be equipped with a 90.6kWh lithium-ion battery pack and provide two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. In this way, the battery pack estimate of the EQE SUV version should not be much different. In terms of power, the EQE's output power ranges from 288 horsepower (215 kW) to more than 671 horsepower (500 kW), and the EQE SUV version may also retain this power level, but considering the size of the SUV and the impact of wind resistance, the 600km endurance level on the EQE is estimated to be discounted on the EQE SUV.
