The staff of the Fuzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau inspected the fritters produced by defendant Wang Mou in accordance with the law and took samples and sent them for inspection. After identification, the residual amount of aluminum in the churros produced and sold by Wang Mou (dry sample, in terms of Al) is 206mg/kg, which does not meet the national standards for food safety and is unqualified.
