"The Ancient Coconut Shell Hill Archaeological Site Park should be well done"
The mighty Xijiang River is the main stream of the Pearl River, the third largest river in China, and the Pearl River is the mother river of the Pearl River Delta, and the West River has left many imprints on the origin of human civilization. Located in Liyugang, northeast of Guye Village in Gaoming District, the ancient coconut shell hill site is a national key cultural relics protection unit, and is the most well-preserved, informative and representative late Neolithic site in the Pearl River Delta region.
The ancient coconut shell hill site is a remnant of human production and life in the late Neolithic period between 5000 and 6000 years ago, which plays a role in archaeological dating, and has an important value in filling the gap in scientific research in the study of the prehistoric human living environment in the Pearl River Delta. With the rapid development of urban construction and economy and society in Gaoming District, the planning and construction of the Ancient Coconut Shell Hill Archaeological Site Park is being carried out in an orderly manner.
"When completed, it will become a unique archaeological site park in the province." The relevant person in charge of the Gaoming District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau said that after the completion of the project, it is expected to increase the number of Tourists in Gaoming District and improve the cultural and tourism visibility of Gaoming District.

Created based on the story of "Three Revolutions", "The Power of Faith" is the first original red drama in Gaoming District, produced by the Gaoming District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, produced by the Gaoming District Cultural Center and the Gaoming District Language Artists Association, and jointly performed by the Gaoming District Language Artists Association and the Guangdong Vocational and Technical College.
Since its performance in July 2019, "The Power of Faith" has completed three performances so far. The compilation of historical series fills the gaps in literature and history
The "Biography of Gaoming and the Three Districts," compiled by the Gaoming District CPPCC Committee, was recently completed and written. The book is the fifth series of the "Gaoming History and Culture Series", which introduces the life deeds of the three fathers and sons of Gaoming District Yi, Ou Daxiang and Ou Dalun during the Ming Dynasty, and fills the gap in Gao Ming's research on the history of the characters of the "three districts".
