Zheng Bo Senior Technician of Chinese Pastry Chef of Guangzhou Restaurant Group. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 2013. Nine years ago, I was the director of dim sum at Guangzhou Restaurant Sports East Branch, and I often worked and held meetings with the company's party members. In the long-term contacts, I have been touched by the spirit of party members who have the courage to take responsibility, lead by example, and face difficulties. In 2012, I officially submitted an application to the party organization to join the party.

I firmly believe that as long as you are willing to learn and study, you can grow in your post. I personally like to learn, as long as I hear where there are good products, I want to open my eyes for the first time. In order to improve the taste and shape of shrimp dumplings, I studied for three or four months; I also went to various stores in the city to try the popular hive cake at that time, and it took me two months to finally develop a delicious hive cake... Only by constantly exploring insights, exchanges and learning will there be a steady stream of innovative inspiration. Over the years, I have insisted on leading the team to major cities to exchange business, regularly carry out skills training, and cultivate the learning ability of each member of the team.

Party members must stand at the head of the tide and walk ahead. In the face of new challenges and new changes, the catering industry must also open a new situation in the changing situation. With the improvement of living standards and health awareness, diners have higher requirements for the quality of food. Now the dim sum we develop is also advancing with the times, not only to be delicious and good-looking, but also to make diners eat healthy. To this end, we have specially reduced the sugar content in Cantonese points by 1/3, so as to achieve low sugar, low oil and low calorie. Seasonal foods are also widely used to develop dishes. For example, there is a "snow lotus seed papaya tart" in the summer dim sum that will be listed in the near future, which is one of the latest dim sum developed by our team.

At a time when the whole country is advocating strict conservation and avoiding waste, I and my team have carried out special research to think about how to truly reduce waste from the perspective of food utilization. For example, a vegetable heart is usually used in the middle to make broth blanching, so how to deal with the cut head and tail parts and vegetable leaves? We cut the head and tail into granules and use them to cook corn porridge with cabbage hearts, and the leaves are beaten into vegetable juice and put into the dough to make a green snack. For example, a fish, the fish fillets are made of porridge, the head and tail of the fish are used to fry, making a fish soup, which can extend the fish soup rice noodles, fish soup soaked vegetable king and other dishes. In addition, we have implemented the 90% Plan. For example, if you plan to sell 100 caged shrimp dumplings on the same day, then in practice, only 90 cages of shrimp dumplings are packed, and they are sold out, which not only avoids waste, but also keeps the food fresh.

I have been in the catering industry for 30 years, and my love for traditional pastry cooking skills and culture has never diminished, and I hope that I will continue to practice the "spirit of craftsmanship" and contribute to the establishment of Chinese catering culture.

I'm a courier and have been doing this for over 10 years. In 2014, I became a member of the Communist Party. The reason for joining the party is because the spirit of party members always rushing to the forefront whenever faced with difficulties has deeply infected me. The most memorable thing is that in the summer of 1998, when I was a soldier, I participated in the flood fight and rescue, and I often heard a sentence: As a party member, I must go first in any difficulty, and I absolutely cannot back down.

A dynasty from the military road, a family of national conditions. Today, I take off my uniform and put on my overalls, what I have changed is the color of my uniform, and what has not changed is the original mission of serving the people and the pursuit of love and dedication.

I am grateful for my status as a party member and my valuable experience in the army, so that I have always been full of energy over the years, always strictly demanding myself with the standards of excellent party members, and working hard to deliver every express mail to thousands of households in a timely and safe manner.

In the future, no matter where I am, I will never forget that I am a retired soldier and a member of the Communist Party, and I will continue to maintain the style of a soldier and make unremitting efforts in ordinary posts.

40 years ago, in response to the government's call for "self-employment," I chose to apply for a self-employed business license and set up a stall to repair clocks and watches for my neighbors.

In 1983, I joined the Guangzhou Association of Individual and Private Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") and joined the Communist Youth League in 1985. Since then, I have often participated in the voluntary market organized by the Communist Youth League to help the masses repair clocks and watches. Under the guidance of the industry and commerce department and the Communist Youth League organization at that time, I continued to learn and grow and became a secretary of the Youth League Committee. I felt that I wanted to continue to pursue progress, so I submitted an application to join the party. The party committee and association of the industry and commerce department attach great importance to it and have designated a trainer to train me. After a year of evaluation, in October 1988, I officially became a member of the Communist Party.

My purpose in joining the party is very simple, that is, I hope to lead more self-employed people to support the party's policies and let more people embark on the road to prosperity. This year is the centenary of the founding of the party, as a 33-year-old party member, I will not forget the original intention, keep in mind the mission, forge ahead, and make the due contributions of individual workers and private entrepreneurs on the road of promoting high-quality development. I am a retired soldier who has worked hard in Guangzhou for many years. In 2013, I became a full party member in my hometown in Hunan Province, and the person who introduced him to the party was my grandfather.

My WeChat circle of friends sent a screenshot of the platform, recording my "achievements" in 2020: "This year, you successfully delivered 10,623 orders to users, with a single volume exceeding 96.6% of the Country's Meituan riders; this year, you went online for 333 days and traveled 15,716 kilometers, which is 44.9 hours from the high-speed rail to arrive; during the epidemic, you completed the delivery of 2010 orders..."

The identity of a party member has subtly affected me. Because I stuck to my post during the epidemic, I stayed in Guangzhou for the Spring Festival for two consecutive years and was awarded the honor of "Guardian of the City" by the headquarters.
