Han Fuqu was one of the 13 Taibao under Feng Yuxiang, and he was also a brave and good warrior, because he was the first general of the Northern Expedition to reach the capital, so everyone called him General Fei.
Although Han Fuqu was Feng Yuxiang's most trusted general, Feng Yuxiang often regarded himself as the boss in the Northwest Army, and sometimes when he was a soldier under his command, he would fight Han Fuqu, which made Han Fuqu very faceless, so the contradictions between Feng and Han deepened day by day.
In the end, the Great War in the Central Plains was Han Fuqu, and together with Shi Yousan, he defected to Chiang Kai-shek, and these two defected so that the Northwest Army suffered great losses, and finally defeated Chiang Kai-shek, and Feng Yuxiang also went down, so Chiang Kai-shek was able to win the Central Plains War, and Han Fuqu was also indispensable, so Chiang Kai-shek let him preside over Shandong, and from then on Han Fuqu became the Emperor of Shandong, and this was eight years.

However, his contradictions with Chiang Kai-shek became more and more intense, mainly because Han Fuqu had made Shandong his own private territory, making it difficult for Chiang Kai-shek to send a single soldier into Shandong territory and leaving Shandong in a semi-independent situation.

However, after the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Han Fuyu served as deputy commander of the Fifth Theater and commander-in-chief of the Third Army, responsible for commanding the Shandong military, in fact, this was Han Fuqu's determination to resist the war to the end. However, after the Battle of Texas, he suffered heavy losses, especially at this time, Chiang Kai-shek transferred his heavy artillery brigade away, making him feel that Chiang Kai-shek was using the hand of the Japanese to destroy himself. In order to preserve his own power, Han Fuqu retreated almost without a fight in the next battle, and gave up the natural danger of mounting the Yellow River, which allowed Chiang Kai-shek to catch the pigtails, and it was precisely because of this move that Chiang Kai-shek also killed him.
So on January 11, 1938, Chiang Kai-shek held a secret military conference of senior generals in Kaifeng, at which time Han Fuyu also attended the meeting, when Han Fuqu brought three retinues, but under the planning of Dai Kasa, he took all three of them down.
