Today is Monday, May 24th, the sixth day of punching, the second day of menstruation, weighing 81.2 kg, 0.4 kg thinner than yesterday, I usually gain weight on the first day of menstruation, and the next day I start to return to normal.

Breakfast at 7:30 at 1 steamed potato, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of black coffee (in order to reduce swelling), weight loss is not too rigid, protein must be supplemented. At about 9:10, the additional meal was 1 bag of pure milk; at 12:00 in Chinese food, I ate 1 steamed potato, 1 small dish of stir-fried meat with green vegetables, 1 small bowl of porridge, and drank 1 bag of pure milk at 14:30; at 17:10 at dinner, I ate 2 steamed potatoes and 1 handful of cherries (about 18 or so).

To sum up, the menstrual holiday feels a little hungry, but the steamed potatoes are really resistant to hunger, a day really will not be hungry, may be hungry, as long as we can control the hunger, I think this method is very OK, today is still not to go to special exercise, just commute to work walk (from home to the unit about 10 minutes away), looking forward to tomorrow's weight Oh!
