If someone asks what sweet and fried film and television dramas are recommended, the first movie that comes to my mind is it - "Time and Space Traveler".
It should be one of the most beautiful posters I have ever seen, and it is estimated that many people are also attracted by the posters to go to the movie
The male protagonist of the story is called Tim, who, like many single male compatriots in China today, has the biggest dream of getting off the list, followed by making money, but his own EQ and IQ are not high, so he is not so fond of girls and money. After he turned 21, his father told him a secret: the men of their family were able to travel through time and space, to any moment in their past memory (attention needs to be remembered in the mind, and can only go back to the past, not to the future).
Father's regret for traveling through time and space
Tim's reaction, of course, was a look of doubt, but after he was suspicious, he tried to go back to last night's New Year's Eve party with a little regret, and then he kissed the girl who wanted to kiss at the party but did not dare to kiss. At this point, he completely believed what his father told him.
Seeing this, everyone will definitely think that this is a bug. How cool, if you want to go back to the past, you can go back to the past, you can infinitely repair the regrets of the past. My first reaction was that a perfect score on the exam was no longer a dream, and it was reasonable to get rich from lottery tickets and stocks.
But Tim soon discovers that even if he can travel through time, he can't make the girl he loves fall in love with him.
Tim's first love is the Clown Girl.
No, it's this one, Belle Charlotte.
Charlotte is a friend of Tim's sister Kat and spends the summer at Tim's house. On the last night of Charotte's departure, Tim plucked up the courage to confess, only to say that it was a pity that Charotte had come to confess on the last night, and Tim should have said it earlier so that they could spend more time together and get to know each other.
After Tim listened, he thought it wasn't a big problem. So he crossed back and confessed to Charlotte again, who told Tim to save it until the last night.
Sure enough, it was a woman's heart, a needle under the sea. Traveling through time doesn't necessarily make someone fall in love with you.
After the summer vacation, Tim left home to work in London. At a dating club, Tim meets Mary, the heroine.
Tim plucked up the courage to ask Mary for her phone number and uttered a love story that was widely circulated on the Internet: I though this phone was old and shit, but suddenly it's my most valuable possession. )
The man and heroine should have started to fall in love quickly, but when Tim got home, he found that his roommate had a problem: Tim's roommate Harry was a playwright, and also on that night, the play he wrote was staged in the theater, and the actor forgot the words.
In order to help Harry, Tim travels back in time and space, successfully avoids the problem of the actor forgetting words, and the performance is also a success, and Harry naturally becomes a hot new star playwright in London.
But then the problem arises: because Harry's play coincides with Tim's meeting Mary, it means that Tim and Mary won't meet after Tim goes to see Harry's play.
Traveling through time and space can't get all of it, it's a single choice question.
Someone might choose to cross back and meet Mary again, but Tim didn't. He then waited for the rabbit at the exhibition that Mary had once said he liked, and after a long wait of several weeks, Tim finally met Mary. Embarrassingly, Mary doesn't know Tim at this point.
So Tim started to grind hard and hard again, looking for countless reasons to stay with Mary, only to find that Mary already had a boyfriend at this time. After learning the time and place when Mary and her boyfriend met, Tim travels back in time again, preventing Mary from meeting her "boyfriend", and the two successfully fall in love.
But here's a detail: Tim was able to attract Mary to some of her own ideas that Mary had told him before, such as Mary's liking for a certain painter. So Tim just parroted the tongue in another time and space, which made Mary feel good about him.
Here can actually see a kind of ridicule of true love by the screenwriter, what is true love? Love is nothing more than meeting the right person at the right time, full of countless accidents. If you have the opportunity to go back in time, will your current lover be the one in front of you?
Of course, for Tim, a man who can go back to the past, he unswervingly travels through time and space only for one person, and finally wins the favor of Eros.
And just like that, love begins. Being able to travel through time and space does bring a lot of plus points, such as the first time the sex happened, Tim came through time and space three times. Successfully learned to undo the front buckle bra with one hand, as well as the light car familiar road, the two fought for three hundred rounds.
Sweet times don't need to travel back in time, and Tim and Mary have been in the wedding hall. The wedding is the climax of the whole movie and a turning point.
One of the disadvantages of living by the sea is that typhoons and heavy rains often come out of nowhere, and Tim and Mary's wedding is also held in the middle of a storm, and the guests are drenched in chicken soup. After the wedding, Tim asked Mary if it would be better if the wedding was held on a sunny day.
Mary said no, that would be nice.
In this way, the two got married and had children, and the milk baby went to work and lived happily and fully. And then there's another trouble in life: Tim's sister Kat got into a car accident because of an argument with her boyfriend. In order to save his sister's life, Tim takes Kat back in time and chooses another boy as her boyfriend, thus starting another life.
After arranging his sister, Tim returns to find that his daughter has become a different person. After consulting his father, he learned that the combination of sperm and egg cells was accidental, and there was no guarantee that the child born after traveling through time and space would be the same person.
In this way, in order to choose his own children, Tim can only watch his sister in a car accident. Here is the taboo of traveling through time and space: you can't travel to before the child is born, otherwise you won't necessarily come back to the child you are familiar with and love.
The last scene of the movie is that Tim's father has cancer, and time is running out. Shortly after sending her father away, Mary offered to have another child to balance the current relationship between the two children. Tim agreed, which meant that after the birth of the child, Tim could no longer travel back in time to see his father.
Between the soon-to-be-born child and the father, Tim chose a new life, chose the future, and chose to say goodbye to his father.
Time is like a stream, rushing forward, this is a fact that cannot be changed through time and space.
Released in 2013, the setting of traveling through time and space looks old-fashioned now, but it was still quite popular at that time.
But if you think about it carefully, you will find that there are many bugs in the setting of traveling through time and space in the movie: for example, why do you have to arrange the play and meet Mary at the same time, Tim can use time and space to find a way to stagger them; and why do you have to have a third child?
But even so, the film still received a high score of 8.8 on Douban, which is better than 98% of romance films.
The most brilliant part of the movie is the soundtrack and acting, especially the performance of the two male and female protagonists, which makes people feel the urge to fall in love.
The truth that the director wants to tell the audience is very simple: live well, live every day, whether it is pain or joy, be brave to experience, because there are some things you can't escape no matter what.
With this truth as the core, the director uses a setting that travels through time and space to package, and then creates some reasonable conflicts through this setting to strengthen the audience's cognition of this.
The valuable thing is that the director did not make the story serious, on the contrary, it was relaxed and lively. Off-camera is actually a complex world, but along with the soundtrack, what is shown to the audience is tolerance, beauty and hope.
