First, residents go out in an orderly manner. Since the date of the notice, personnel management has changed from "people can leave the house, not out of the community" to "personal protection, less out of the gathering". Each family can send 1 member every 2 days, holding a community pass, to purchase the necessary living materials within the ecological zone and return within 2 hours. Special groups of people are to be given corresponding convenience in accordance with policy provisions.

Earnestly abide by the implementation of relevant regulations such as the import of foreign defense, and manage foreign personnel in accordance with regulations. Those who return from medium- and high-risk areas shall be subject to control in accordance with relevant provisions.
The third is to standardize the management of open places. Under the premise of implementing various epidemic prevention and control measures, the urban operation and people's livelihood security industries have resumed normal business in an orderly manner, strictly implemented closed-loop management, and strictly prohibited the stay and gathering of personnel. Cultural and entertainment sports venues, training institutions, etc. continue to be temporarily suspended.
The fourth is to do a good job in personal protection. Residents and friends should take the initiative to do a good job in daily personal protection, maintain a healthy lifestyle, such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms, the first time to report to the community, timely to the designated medical institutions for treatment.
