He is the highest-ranking fugitive corrupt element arrested from abroad since the establishment of the Central Fugitive Pursuit Office, and his arrest is also an important achievement in the anti-corruption work in the field of state-owned enterprises.

Over the past year, discipline inspection and supervision organs have promoted the pursuit of fugitives, prevented escapes, and recovered stolen goods, comprehensively consolidating the overwhelming victory in the anti-corruption struggle .

At present, the epidemic has accelerated the evolution of the world's unprecedented changes in a century, the global governance system is facing profound changes, and the international game in the field of anti-corruption is becoming increasingly fierce. Under the grim situation, actively participating in the formulation of international rules and strengthening international cooperation against corruption have become an inevitable choice.

To this end, China actively participates in building a global anti-corruption partnership network, gives full play to the political leading effect of high-level exchanges, strengthens the overall planning and layout of bilateral exchanges, and deepens the construction of bilateral exchange mechanisms. Three anti-corruption seminars were held online, with the participation of 217 anti-corruption agency officials from 30 countries, expanding the circle of friends for international cooperation against corruption.

Shaping a multilateral mechanism against corruption is of great significance to doing a good job in international cooperation against corruption. China firmly upholds multilateralism and the international anti-corruption governance system with the United Nations at its core; with the G20, APEC, BRICS countries, the International Anti-Corruption Academy and other mechanisms as the focus, it continues to exert efforts in the planning of cooperation directions and the design of agenda agendas, and promotes relevant outcome documents to focus on pragmatic cooperation such as chasing fugitives and recovering stolen goods, and more embodies the spirit of the "Four Propositions" of international cooperation against corruption.
