Comrade Guo Changhai, member of the Communist Party of China, an expert in the history of the Jin Dynasty, the former deputy secretary-general of the Chinese Liaojin Khitan Jurchen History Society, a special researcher of the Harbin Academy of Social Sciences, the executive vice president of the Acheng District Jinshangjing Literature and History Research Association, the academic adviser of the Acheng District Intangible Cultural Heritage Society, and a lawyer, and a retired cadre of the former Acheng District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, died at the age of 77 at Acheng District Hospital at 19:23 on January 14, 2022 due to ineffective medical treatment.

Mr. Chang Hai is a lawyer and works in the Bureau of Industry and Commerce. However, he prefers the Jinyuan culture of his hometown, and for decades he has been a servant of the wind and dust, and has traveled tens of thousands of kilometers at his own expense, with a scar on his face and a willing heart; painstakingly studied historical documents, such as several family treasures, and achieved remarkable results. His works are extensive and accomplished, and he is the deputy director of the Liaojin History Society in China and has become a famous expert. He is known as the first person to study the Jinyuan culture in Shangjingdi.
After I retired, I was hung up by his three cares, and I have been crawling and playing for fifteen years, quite educated, and I have some experience.
Now he died of a serious illness, but his spring silkworm vomit was still at the end, and he was unwilling.
