introduction

After the end of the War of Resistance Against Japan, our army fought a four-year civil war with Chiang Kai-shek's army, and finally defeated the unpopular Chiang Kai-shek army by virtue of our army's heroism. The victory in the four-year war of liberation was not easy to come by, and it paid huge casualties in exchange for the result of victory. In recognition of their outstanding military performance in the war, the mainland began the first founding ceremony in 1955.

He did not join the Red Army, did not join the Eighth Route Army, and was awarded the rank of founding general in 1955

As we all know, the 1955 ceremony selected 10 marshals, 10 generals, 55 admirals and several other lieutenant generals. Judging from the circumstances of the awards, the vast majority of the revolutionary soldiers who were selected as marshals, generals, and admirals were early leading figures of the Red Army, who had experienced the Long March and participated in the Eighth Route Army, not just by the merits of the liberation war.

But there are special circumstances for everything, as did the 1955 conferment ceremony. This person did not join the Red Army nor the Eighth Route Army, but in 1955 he was awarded the rank of founding general, and this person was named Ulanf.

He did not join the Red Army, did not join the Eighth Route Army, and was awarded the rank of founding general in 1955

Ulan fu was born into a peasant family in Inner Mongolia, with modest family conditions. Once the Ulanf family was sold by the government because of their own family's land, and the elders of the Ulanf were very unwilling and wanted to take back their own land. But at that time, the society was relatively dark, and the Ulanf family not only failed to return to their fields, but also was injured, which was still very influential on the Ulanf family.

It can be seen from this incident that the people of Inner Mongolia at that time were very oppressed, and in order to change this situation, the Ulanfu family had to provide for Ulanf to go to school even if the family conditions were difficult. With the help of Ulanf's own efforts and family support, Ulanfu was admitted to a Mongolian-Tibetan school in Peiping, where he came into contact with revolutionary ideas and embarked on the road of revolution.

At that time, there was an early leader of our party in Beiping, Li Dazhao, and after contacting Li Dazhao, Ulanfu learned about our party's ideology and very much agreed with our party's idea of seeking happiness for the people and leading the poor to turn around, and finally decided to join our party. Because of Ulanfu's progressive thinking and hard work, he was loved by Li Dazhao, so Ulanfu went to the Soviet Union to study at that time under the recommendation of Li Dazhao.

After returning from school, he did the revolution in his hometown

After studying our Party's ideology in the Soviet Union, I gained a better understanding of the revolution. Since Ulanf's hometown was often oppressed by the landlord's government, Ulanf decided to go to his hometown to carry out a revolution, organize the local people to oppose oppression, and let them turn themselves into masters ideologically. Thanks to Ulanf's efforts, there were signs of revolution in Inner Mongolia, and our Party's ideas began to spread in Inner Mongolia.

After the September 18 Incident, Japan supported the Prince of Inner Mongolia, King Dewang, in an attempt to separate Inner Mongolia from the map of China, and in the face of the interests of the nation, Ulanfu went to Inner Mongolia without fear of danger to persuade King De, asking him not to betray the interests of the motherland, not to engage in separatism, and to fight against the enemy of foreign invasion in a unified way.

Forced by helplessness, Ulan Fu finally chose to riot to maintain the unity of Inner Mongolia, and the Lark Temple riot incident occupies a very important significance in Chinese history. The riots launched by Ulan Fu and others dealt a heavy blow to the pro-Japanese forces of the German king, not only preventing Inner Mongolia from being separated, but also firing the first shots of inner Mongolia's anti-Japanese resistance.

The rank of general is well deserved

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the team led by Ulan Fu was reorganized into the New Third Division, although the New Third Division was not organized by the Eighth Route Army, but under the leadership of Ulan Fu, he, like the regular Eighth Route Army, strictly abided by the relevant rules and regulations, and was affectionately called "the Eighth Route Army unit that did not wear the uniform of the Eighth Route Army."

After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Inner Mongolia still had forces that wanted to pursue independence, and eventually our party Ulanf went to Inner Mongolia to do work, and with Ulanf's efforts, Inner Mongolia established an autonomous region and cracked down on separatist and independent elements. Due to the high prestige of Ulan Fu in Inner Mongolia, he was elected as the chairman and commander of Inner Mongolia, and actively led the people of Inner Mongolia to live a life of people's mastery.

Ulanf's life made great contributions to the reunification of the motherland, he avoided the danger of Inner Mongolia's secession from the outside, and became a hero of the Inner Mongolian people. Although Ulan Fu was not from the Eighth Route Army or from the Red Army, his contribution was very great, and he held military positions during the War of Resistance Against Japan, and it was reasonable to be elected as a general at the conferment ceremony in 1955, which was a recognition of his contribution, which was also an honor he deserved.
