Vogel: S-Johnson is one of our best defenders to sign for 10 days to preserve flexibility

Lakers coach Vogel gave a media interview before the game today, in which he talked about Stanley Johnson.

The Lakers officially announced today that they have renewed a 10-day contract with Stanley Johnson.

Speaking of Johnson, Vogel said: "He's one of our best defenders, signing him to a 10-day contract and everything we're doing now is about maintaining as much flexibility as possible[operationally]. ”

So far this season, Stanley Johnson has played in nine games for the Lakers, averaging 5.4 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game.
