At about 9:40 a.m. on October 25, a small black car with the number plate "Su DGF**8" drove south to north along the city's Jinxiu Road to the intersection of Luozhuang Road, and hit the pedestrians passing through the intersection from east to west and the stroller (1 child in the car), the accident caused injuries to pedestrians and children in the stroller, the pedestrians died of ineffective rescue through the hospital, and the children were being rescued.
