Founded by Liu Guangbing, a retired soldier, the Baimiao Huahai Rural Tourism Scenic Spot Project completed the first phase of planning and construction projects in October 2018, divided into two sections: Huahai Ornamental Garden and Huahai Ski Resort, covering an area of 108 acres and investing 8.8 million yuan.
