From 15 to 19 October, he traveled with case 105 and other places in Gannan Prefecture and Longnan City, Gansu Province. Case 137: Li Mou, female, 43 years old, currently residing in Fumin Community, Jiayuguan City, is a close contact of confirmed case 109, and the two are husband and wife. Beijing

Two new cases were confirmed locally and one asymptomatic

Confirmed case 6: Female, 66 years old. He currently resides in Renheyuan, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, and is the wife of confirmed case 3 on the same day, and is a close contact of the confirmed case. On October 18, 2021, he lived with confirmed case 3 who returned home after playing mahjong and did not go out. At 1:30 a.m. on October 19, due to the closure of the community, he and confirmed case 3 went downstairs to queue up for nucleic acid testing and went home. At about 07:00 on the same day, he took 2 grandchildren downstairs to queue up for nucleic acid testing and returned home. At about 12 noon, he went home to the community neighborhood committee to run errands, and did not go out after that. On October 20, it was transferred to a centralized isolation point in a closed loop, and on October 24, the nucleic acid test result was positive. After consultation with experts, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia (mild), and has now been isolated and treated in the Provincial General Mountain Hospital.

Travel agencies should conscientiously do a good job in collecting information on group tourists and establishing health files. Check the health code again before the group travels, explain and dissuade tourists who have not passed the health code verification, tourists with abnormal body temperature are not allowed to participate in the trip, persuade them to seek medical examination and do a good job of registration; during the trip, they should continue to do a good job of wearing mask reminders, health monitoring and other work. For tourists who have a history of living in the county (city, district) where the epidemic occurred within 14 days, they are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours, and those who cannot provide a report will not join the group. If the tourism team finds people with suspected symptoms, it should immediately stop tourism activities and report to the local epidemic prevention and control command agency as soon as possible, and cooperate with the epidemic investigation and prevention and control measures; once there is a confirmed case, it is necessary to immediately implement the emergency response plan, in accordance with the local epidemic prevention and control guidelines and requirements, cooperate with relevant departments and units to do a good job in patient isolation, close contact tracing, etc., and properly handle the aftermath.
