The holding of the ceremony means that the first domestic 6800T ultra-large intelligent die-casting unit production of new energy vehicle chassis integrated structural parts officially rolled off the production line, and the integrated die-casting technology realized domestic independent control.
The 6800T ultra-large automatic intelligent die-casting unit equipment developed by Guangdong Hongtu has a total weight of more than 450 tons, a template size of 3600×3600mm, and a maximum product projection area of up to 17,000cm under 40Mpa filling pressure, and a maximum aluminum casting weight of up to 200kg. The intelligent die-casting unit is equipped with an industry-leading high-vacuum system, a mold temperature precision control system, an efficient spraying system, a flexible pickup and post-processing system, which can realize fully automatic, intelligent and unmanned production and manufacturing, and will be used for the production and manufacture of key core lightweight components such as the integrated front cabin assembly, the integrated rear floor assembly and the integrated battery tray of new energy vehicles in the future.

At the ceremony on the same day, Guangdong Hongtu, Lijin Technology Group, Guangzhou Cavity and Hongjin Metal Aluminum four enterprises signed a contract on the 12000T super intelligent die casting unit research and development cooperation project, and Guangdong Hongtu will purchase 8 super large intelligent die casting units including 2 sets of 12000T super intelligent die casting units from Lijin Technology Group.
