Live Bar, January 26 Bulls officially announced today that Derek Jones Jr. suffered a fracture of his right index finger while attending training this morning, and his affected area has been fixed to the splint and is expected to return in 6-8 weeks.

Jones Jr. has previously been sidelined since January 13 due to a knee injury.

So far this season, Jones Jr. has played in 31 games for the Bulls, averaging 17.2 minutes per game, 6.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, 0.5 assists and 0.7 blocks, shooting 40.5% from three-point range.
