Continental Horse: The 2022 Kimberl New Year Cup Tiger Tiger Shengwei Member Challenge came to a successful conclusion

Mainland Malaysia News Recently, the 2022 Kimberle Chinese New Year Cup Tiger Tiger Shengwei Member Challenge was successfully concluded at the Kimbold Equestrian Academy. In the highest level 135cm Grand Prix and 120CM two-stage race, Olympic rider and founder of Kimberle Equestrian Academy Li Zhenqiang successively won the championship and became the biggest winner.

The 50CM Sticky Hour Race kicked off the all-day race, with route designer Luo Zhiyong setting up a route with 8 obstacles, a total length of 377 meters and a specified time of 70 seconds for everyone. According to the rules, the one with the fewer penalties wins, and the closer the penalty points are to the 70 seconds (less than or equal to 70 seconds) in the case of the same penalty points, the higher the performance and ranking.

After a round of fierce competition, chen Chuhan, the last to appear, partnered with the second horse Browny with a steady and smooth march to reach the top with zero penalties, 69.70 seconds, and a time difference of 0.30 seconds from the specified time limit. Wei Zhiqiang and Jiali finished second with zero penalties and 67.91 seconds, while Jiang Muyu and XiaoNiu finished third with zero penalties and 65.77 seconds.

It is worth mentioning that although all 22 pairs of centaurs participating in the race did not finish the race with zero penalties (time penalties), all the horse combinations did not have any obstacle mistakes (playing, refusing to jump, circling, disobeying), showing excellent competitive state.

In the more entertaining and ornamental 80CM team relay race, the team composed of Dawu, Ye Jiajin and Hang Jiayi won the championship in 179.16 seconds with better handovers between teammates and fast and smooth rotation; the team composed of Guo Jiayun, Pan Tianyi and Li Yahui won the second place in 181.50 seconds; the team composed of Peng Qiqi, Yao Chengzhan and Li Dongdong won the third place in 190.87 seconds. According to the rules, the less time is used to win, and 4 seconds are added for each obstacle error in the process of travel.

In the 120CM two-stage competition, Luo Zhiyong set up a route with a total of 12 obstacles for everyone, and the 1st-6th obstacle was the first stage, which included a triple combination of 5ABC obstacles, with a specified time of 50 seconds. Stage 7-12 is the second stage, which consists of a 7AB double combination obstacle course with a specified time of 47 seconds. In the end, Olympic rider and founder of Kimberle Equestrian Academy, Li Zhenqiang, joined hands with Duck Egg to lock in the championship with zero penalties and 40.37 seconds, Tan Guoshi and His partner Mr. Bread were second to the second place with zero penalties and 40.47 seconds, only 0.1 seconds behind Li Zhenqiang; Hazakbai rode Bella to win the third place with 2 penalties and 51.62 seconds.

In the highest level of the 135CM Grand Prix, Luo Zhiyong set up a route for everyone that included 13 obstacles, 16 jumps (including a 5AB double combination obstacle and a 7ABC triple combination obstacle), with a total length of 555 meters and a specified time of 96 seconds. Continuing the excellent performance of the 120CM two-stage race, Li Zhenqiang and Xiaobao once again won the championship with zero penalties and 84.79 seconds. Tokyo Olympic riders Lee Yiu-feng and Xiao Gui finished second with zero penalties and 88.37 seconds, while Tam Kwok-shi and Mr. Bread finished third with four penalties and 82.22 seconds.

Luo Zhiyong set up a route with 12 obstacles for all the horse combinations participating in the 100CM two-stage race, with the 1st-6th obstacle course being the first stage with a specified time of 45 seconds. The 7th-12th obstacle course is the second stage, and the specified time is 44 seconds. After a round of fierce competition, in the end, Li Yaofeng and the rotten egg successfully reached the top with zero penalties and 38.40 seconds with the smallest swing of the whole field to enter the 7th obstacle; Guo Jiayun rode the black King Kong with zero penalties and 38.48 seconds, only 0.08 seconds behind Li Yaofeng to the second place; Liu Qichang and his partner Fat Mei won the third place with zero penalties and 40.04 seconds.

In the final race, the 110CM Special Two-Stage Race, Luo Zhiyong set up a route with 12 obstacles for everyone, and the 1st-6th obstacle was the first stage, which included a double combination of 6AB and a 35-second time. Stage 7-12 is the second stage, which consists of a double combination of 8AB and a 50-second time. In the end, Tan Guoshi and Xiaobi successfully won the championship with zero penalties and 41.91 seconds; Li Zhenqiang and Solie won the second place with zero penalties and 42.81 seconds; Pan Tianyi and Xiaomei won the third place with zero penalties and 45.19 seconds.
