On January 26th, the exhibition "Raw Flowers under the Feet - The Story of Cement Flower Steps" jointly sponsored by guangdong Provincial Museum (Guangzhou Lu Xun Memorial Hall), Sun Yat-sen Grand Marshal's Palace Memorial Hall and Guangdong Victory Hotel was officially launched in the lobby on the first floor of Guangdong Victory Hotel.
The exhibition "Flowers Under the Feet - The Story of Cement Flower Steps Bricks" is the first special exhibition of flower steps bricks in China, and it is also one of the few industrial theme exhibitions, which is divided into four parts: "Random Flowers Gradually Entering", "Flower Branch Exhibition", "Hundred Flowers Blooming" and "Spring Flowers and Autumn Fruits", which comprehensively tells the history, process, application and other knowledge of cement flower steps bricks, and tells the story of cement flower steps bricks to the audience through cement flower steps bricks and a large number of pictures.

The first stop of Shuaifu's cultural and tourism cooperation in 2022
This exhibition is the first cooperation between the Grand Marshal Sun Yat-sen's Palace Memorial Hall and the Guangdong Victory Hotel, and it is also the first exhibition held by the Memorial Hall in 2022, which has launched the first cannon of the Shuaifu's 2022 cultural and tourism cooperation.
Shamian brings together many modern cultural relics buildings, which use a large number of cement step bricks, and the curators of the exhibition have visited Shamian many times when preparing the exhibition. The exhibition site of this exhibition, Guangdong Shengli Hotel, formerly known as the "Shamian Hotel" built in 1888, was renamed "Victoria Hotel" in 1895, which is a four-star hotel with a long history; in 1957, it was renamed "Guangdong Shengli Hotel" by Mr. Guo Moruo, and its architectural decoration also has flower brick elements. This exhibition is displayed in the open-air building "museum" of Shamian, which is more likely to resonate with the audience.
Cement flower steps brick cultural creation on the fingertips
In order to strengthen the activation and utilization of cultural relics and make cultural relics and exhibitions closer to life, the Grand Marshal Sun Yat-sen Palace Memorial Hall cooperated with the exhibition to develop a cultural and creative product "Picking Flowers" fashion nail art tablets. Cultural and creative developers have simplified the patterns and shapes of the cement flower steps bricks in the buildings of the former site of the Grand Marshal's Mansion in Guangzhou, extracting their details and colors, making the fashion label of cement flower steps bricks at the end of the 19th century a trend on the fingertips of today. At the opening of the exhibition, the Memorial Hall of the Grand Marshal Sun Yat-sen's Office brought the "Picking Flowers" nail art film to the scene for free for the audience to try on.
