Guided by the Chinese Poetry Society, sponsored by Hunan Radio and Television Station International Channel, Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Group Co., Ltd., hunan Poetry Association and Hunan Mangrove Tourism Culture Communication Co., Ltd., the first international wine culture poetry contest was launched in October 2021, lasted more than three months, and more than 11,500 original poems and songs, more than 600 new poems and more than 3,500 couplets with the theme of "poetry and wine culture" at home and abroad were requisitioned, and more than 15,600 works of various kinds were collected. After preliminary review, final review and other links, 3 gold award works, 5 silver award works, 11 bronze award works, and nearly 100 excellent works were finally selected. Fan Shiyin, executive vice president of the Chinese Poetry Society, said in his video speech at the award ceremony: "The combination of poetry and wine is a good form of inheritance of China's excellent traditional culture, and the excellent works emerging from the competition will also be recorded in the annals of wine and poetry.
