According to the Sun, Terry will plant a wildlife corridor in his mansion, which includes 140 exotic plants and trees.
Terry has also said a natural pond will also be built as part of a £20 million housing project where he wants to build two houses on high-end properties, each worth around £10m. In order to comply with strict planning conditions, some trees must be cut down, and he must develop a "biodiversity mitigation strategy" against his neighbors.
They have now submitted a plan revealing how he intends to compensate for the loss of wildlife, vegetation and existing ponds. These include "new wildlife-friendly plantings," which will provide a range of habitats for native species and serve as "wildlife corridors" for animals such as badgers and rabbits.
The Sun saw Terry's plan also listed a mixture of small herbs and large shrubs, trees, hedges and even pruned plants. A row of hedges separates the two plots and the trees frame the entrance gate.
Terry also promised to install a series of bat and bird boxes at appropriate locations to increase chances of roosting and nesting. This green plan has been approved by the relevant authorities.
Both mansions will include a kitchen dining room, a family fun room, a living room, a dining room, a bar and a dressing room. The larger one will also have a swimming pool, a gym and a circular driveway around the "island."
Terry and his wife, Tony, currently live in another £4.35 million mansion near Cobham.
