Happy New Year's Day! A hospital in Huizhou gave birth to 12 "baby tigers"
In the early morning of the first day of the Chinese New Year, the New Year bell has just sounded, and thousands of families are immersed in the festive atmosphere of the Year of the Tiger.
At 0:58, the baby's cry was heard from the delivery room of the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City, and the hospital ushered in the first "tiger baby" in the Year of the Tiger, adding joy to this new year.
"Smooth delivery! 6 pounds 8 two, is a boy. The medical staff gently placed the "baby tiger" next to Ms. Huang's bed and sent the baby a New Year blessing bag to wish him a safe, healthy and healthy future.
"We actually expected that the child might be born during the Spring Festival." Ms. Huang, who has just given birth, is slightly tired, but when it comes to the baby, she looks happy and excited.
She told reporters that yesterday (Chinese New Year's Eve) at 6 p.m., when the whole family was eating Chinese New Year's Eve meal, suddenly felt pain in the abdomen, and her husband Mr. Xu immediately took her to the hospital.
One night, the couple did not rest, accompanied by the encouragement of medical staff, patiently waiting for the baby to be born, "This is a very special Spring Festival, I did not expect erbao to meet with us at this time." With the birth of the baby, the couple was overjoyed and thanked the medical staff.
Knowing that it was the first "tiger baby" born in this hospital, Ms. Huang did not forget to joke to her husband that she quickly gave the child a domineering name, "Or simply call it 'Xu Batian'." The husband's face was full of happiness, and he paid no attention to his wife's jokes, and was busy preparing hot food for her.
At noon, Zhong Wanxiu, chief physician of the second maternity district of the Third People's Hospital of Huizhou City, told reporters that from 0:00 to now, under the full escort of obstetric medical staff, a total of 12 newborns have been born in the hospital. According to tradition, the medical staff prepared lucky bags and hot porridge for the baby and the mother, and carefully made the baby's footprints - "the first step in life" as a souvenir.
"Newborn footprints are not only memorable, but also judge maturity and health through footprints (i.e., plantar textures)." Zhong Wanxiu explained that in general, the distribution of plantar textures is more than 2/3, indicating that the newborn is a full-term child, and less than 1/3 of the distribution is often a premature baby.
"Your baby tiger footprints are very complicated, they are full-term, and they are very healthy." Zhong Wanxiu happily congratulated Ms. huang and his wife.
