Performance testing
The shape and interior configuration of these two cars has been understood, and we will leave it for later review, starting with the power system and measured performance data of the two cars.

The maximum speed of the Civic can only be held to a little more than 2500 rpm, the speed of the starting moment is more obvious, the tires are not slipping, the power is not fully exerted, and there is no sense of pushback during the entire acceleration process. When the speed continues to climb, the power is relatively fully released. Everyday driving feels very brisk, and its strength is mediocre in the extreme test.
The Veyron Pro GS does not offer sport mode or S gear, and thanks to the transmission protection program, the maximum speed in the stationary state can only be pulled up to about 2000 rpm. At the moment of releasing the brakes and starting the run, the speed will not fall significantly, so the vehicle has a relatively strong explosive force, has a certain sense of pushing back, and the suspension support is also relatively in place, so as to avoid the loss of power caused by the front wheel being lifted by the front wheel.
From the Test Chart of the Civic, we can start with a g-value of a little more than 0.6, and the g-value decreases significantly as the speed increases. The acceleration process is very smooth and linear, and the g-value curve does not have short-lived large fluctuations like in partial automatic transmissions or dual-clutch transmissions.
As can be seen from the chart of Veyron Pro GS, although the g-value of the starting moment is also only about 0.6, it has not fallen significantly for a long period of time, which shows that its initial power output is more sufficient, which is the main reason why its acceleration performance can be faster than that of the Civic. Although the power levels of the two cars are very close, the final zero hundred acceleration performance is half a second faster than the Civic.
100km/h-0 brake test
In the brake test, civic's brake pedal feel is softer, but the braking force is sufficient and the release is linear enough. During the braking process, the body posture is stable, and there is no sway. The Veyron Pro GS also has excellent braking performance, in addition to the brake system hardware is good enough, the large tire width of the horse brand MC5 tire also allows it to stop at a shorter distance in emergency braking.
As can be seen from the test chart, the g-value of both vehicles is between -1.0g and -1.2g when braking at full force, and the braking force level is comparable. The measured 11th generation Civic 100 km/h speed braking stop requires 37.89 meters, while the Veyron Pro GS thanks to the better performance of the wide tire, the braking distance is 36.95 meters, the difference is nearly one meter. However, in general, the braking performance of these two cars is at an excellent level among the models of the same class.
Winding test
Pile winding is a comprehensive test of vehicle handling, including power response, steering reaction, suspension support, tire grip and other aspects, which will affect the vehicle's pile winding limit. The powertrain of these two cars is relatively similar, both are 1.5T + CVT, the output level is also very close, but the steering characteristics, chassis structure, tire model are different, so who is more relaxed when the two go around the pile?
The measured 11th generation Civic has an ultimate speed of 61km/h in an 18-meter equidistant winding pile and a Velange of 66km/h. To put it simply, Civic's base is good, the power response is fast, and the steering is calm, but the original factory adjustment is more conservative, and the tires are more collapsed. The Veyron Pro GS benefits from a chassis with watt linkages, excellent roll resistance, and the 225/45 horse MC6 tires make it even more comfortable in this high-intensity driving environment.
Noise test
Let's take a look at the sound insulation performance of these two cars. Compared with the previous generation, the new generation of Civic has made some optimizations in terms of sound insulation, and it can be clearly felt that the tire noise is greatly reduced when driving at high speeds. Compared with other models in the same class, the Veyron Pro GS has excellent interior quietness, and the Civic still has room for improvement.
