Teachers are like parents, and they have no relatives for a lifetime. I graduated from elementary school to teacher training, and I have taught no less than fifty teachers. I went to school in 1967, when the school teaching was a bit chaotic, but at that time the whole country was in an era of spiritual enrichment, everything was moving in the right direction, but history did not score according to the wishes of the people involved. The first lesson in school is: Long live Chairman Mao! It was a fifth-grade female student (family background: poor and lower middle peasants) who taught us, and after three months, we were replaced, Li Xingyu, Cong minzhi, Liu Chuankui... After returning home, my mother's primary school culture did not know a few words, but I knew Chairman Mao long live. The family hung a statue of Chairman Mao, and every day at dinner, a ceremony of thanking Chairman Mao was held, bowing, memorizing quotations, singing "Dongfang Hong", and then eating. She tested me, I didn't know a word, I was beaten, my mother and father beat the child never softly. At that time, it was in the Tianyi Brigade North Road Squad of Jiantang Commune, Xinjin County, Liaoning Province. I went to Pearl Elementary School in the fourth grade, and the class teacher was Xu Cuiyun, who taught mathematics. Teacher Xu is a young man from the countryside in Beijing, who lectures well and cares about the students. Several math tests, I got good grades, she praised me twice, which greatly increased my confidence, the brain seemed to be more appropriate with Mao Setun, and the memory was also a bit too much to forget! In junior high school, the class teacher was Mr. Jiang Guozhi (male teacher), who affirmed my academic performance and specially sent me a book to make me feel more confident. When I arrived at high school, I met Teacher Sun Yun, a young man from beijing who went to the countryside. I had good grades in mathematics, physics and chemistry, he praised me, and also gave me a book, he was admitted to Daqing Petroleum Institute in 1977 and stayed on to teach after graduation. I once taught a student and later became his colleague, and this is the wonderful world.

Later, I entered the university in 1979, took a teacher's college, and became a teacher after graduation. The greatest help from the three teachers to me was an affirmation of me and gave me confidence. If the school can provide comprehensive learning materials in the current learning environment, my classmates and I will greatly improve the level of college entrance examination.

After I retired, I found three mentors and talked to them and looked back on my student days. Contact with teacher Xu Cuiyun was through teacher Sun Yun, she has forgotten me, and later in the chat, slowly recalled. Both returned to Beijing to work and live in different years.

Growth is inseparable from the teacher, the teacher to impart knowledge is the foundation, more importantly, to give you the affirmation and encouragement, so that you enhance your confidence in your studies. A word of encouragement from the teacher can change the fate of a student, and this is how I benefit.
