Many teachers say that they can't be too slow, mainly because they can't slow down when they practice boxing by themselves, so they don't recognize slow training.
It is not easy to slow down when walking on a shelf, nor is it easy to slow down if you want to. The tempering of the mind cannot reach home, and it cannot be slowed down for a while and involuntarily gets up. Slow training itself is a kind of kung fu that needs to be honed for a long time. After the kung fu arrives home, you can do whatever you want.
After entering the realm of slow training, every time I practice boxing, I have gained every time, and the things I have experienced are becoming richer and richer.
