First, in-depth study of the importance of publicizing anti-food waste. Our bureau specially issued a circular requiring the affairs management departments of organs at all levels in the city to study the "Anti-Food Waste Law" in depth, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on stopping food waste, conscientiously study and understand the importance of anti-food consumption work from the perspective of ensuring national food security and promoting sustainable economic and social development, and pay close attention to and achieve results in the anti-food waste and grain conservation action work.

Second, create a strong atmosphere against food waste. Posters with slogans such as practicing economy and opposing waste are posted in conspicuous positions in the canteens of government organs and units, prompt signs for saving meals are placed on the table, and propaganda films and public service advertisements that stop food waste and love food and save grain are played, so as to create a dining atmosphere in which waste is shameful and thrift is proud. We should adopt various methods to carry out propaganda work, actively guide the vast number of cadres and workers to firmly establish a sense of economy, and make stopping the waste of catering and loving grain and saving grain become the conscious actions of the vast number of cadres and workers.

Third, implement the work responsibility for anti-food waste and food conservation actions. The affairs management departments of organs at all levels have earnestly strengthened organizational leadership, incorporated the implementation of the "Anti-Food Waste Law" into important matters to arrange, and all departments and units have formulated practical work plans and measures in combination with the actual work of their own units, implemented work tasks and responsibilities, established and improved the detailed inspection mechanism for thrift and thrift in canteens, and solidly promoted the orderly development of anti-food waste and grain conservation actions.

V. Improve the anti-food waste work mechanism. Implement the weekly recipe system, meat and vegetarian collocation, less oil and less salt, improve the anti-food waste work supervision and inspection mechanism, set up food waste supervisors and exposure stations, remind and inform personal leftover meals, and expose those who have serious waste behavior and refuse to rectify. Regularly supervise and evaluate, form a mechanism for evaluating, notifying, and rectifying the effectiveness of anti-food waste work in government canteens, and promote the in-depth development of anti-food waste and food conservation actions.
