The Buddha said: Year after year, how much you have broken; day after day you have let go; how much you have gained by doing everything you can; how much you have lost by careful calculation; how much you have been troubled by asking for it; how much you have been troubled; how much you have been pounding

The Buddha said:

Year after year you see how much you see through;

How much do you let go day after day;

Do everything you can to get how much;

Calculate carefully how much you've lost;

Ask for how much you are troubled;

Counting on how much you have complained;

Greed does not destroy how much evil you have created;

How much have you enjoyed in life;

How much did you take with you at the end of your life.

The belly can tolerate the intolerable things of the world,

Smile at the ridiculous people in the world!

Give life a smile,

The road continues,

No matter how far into the future,

Smile and go down,

Be the master of life,

Don't be a slave to emotions.

Give someone a smile,

Plant a good thought,

Harvest a conscience;

Pay a sincere,

Get a respect;

Pass on a love,

Feel a sense of warmth.

Give yourself a smile,

Let the mood suddenly open up,

Not upset by yesterday,

Don't be confused about tomorrow,

Happy and contented,

Peaceful and far away.
