Austrians topped the men's steeplechase on snowboarding

Chongli, Hebei, February 10 (Xinhua) -- On february 10, the final of the men's steeplechase was held in Chongli Genting Ski Park, and Austrian athlete Alessandro Hemmeler won the championship.

In the grand finals, Canada's Elliott Glendin and Hemmeler competed for the finals. Glendin led the way in the first half of the race, and hemmeler in the second corner grabbed the inner lane to overtake Glendin.

With the final jump, Glendin caught up with him and finally crossed the line with Hemmer. After a slow-motion replay confirmed that Glendin's center of gravity was too high when he crossed the line at the last moment, Hemmerer took the lead in a quarter of the skateboard to cross the line first.
