A few days ago, Li Cuitian, a deputy to the National People's Congress and secretary of the party branch of Zigan Village in Yuanping City, came to the Intermediate People's Court of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, to visit and investigate. Deputy Li Cuitian visited the litigation service center, the enforcement command center, the court history exhibition room, and the trial court, and learned in detail about the work of the Xinzhou Intermediate Court.
"The Xinzhou court has achieved remarkable results in promoting information construction, judicial reform, solving enforcement difficulties, carrying out the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces, and building litigation service centers. In particular, the circuit trial work, serving the construction of new rural areas and serving poverty alleviation, not only facilitates the people to fight lawsuits, but also plays a role in popularizing the law, which is very popular. Li Cuitian said.
Li Cuitian expressed great appreciation for the Xinzhou court's initiative to contact deputies and its conscientious and meticulous work style; he held that the courts at both levels in Xinzhou attach great importance to the liaison work of people's congress deputies, and the courts at the municipal and county levels have repeatedly invited deputies to participate in court observations, public open days, and forums.
He hoped that the Xinzhou courts would continue to play their judicial functions, and while handling every case well, they would make new and greater contributions from the aspects of optimizing the business environment, serving rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, strengthening the guidance of publicity and education on the rule of law, strengthening the comprehensive reform of the judicial responsibility system, and serving the overall ideas and requirements of "four for four highs and two synchronizations".
