People's teachers who led the establishment of volunteer service groups dedicated to helping children in need
Jiao Xiaolong, male, born in 1977, is a teacher at Lianyungang Secondary Professional School. Since sponsoring the first poor child in 2010, Jiao Xiaolong has embarked on the road of volunteer service. He has donated tens of thousands of yuan to help a number of poor children, and donated money to children in need through charity sales. In 2014, he led the establishment of the "One Way Children's Journey" volunteer service group, which has carried out more than 70 volunteer service activities and funded more than 1,000 children in need.
In 1946, he was a projectionist who screened more than 15,000 films for villagers
Lu Junchang, male, born in 1955, film projectionist in Lizhuang Town, Ganyu District, Lianyungang City. In 1976, after graduating from high school, Lu Junchang was selected as one of the first film projectionists to enter the screening team. Over the past 46 years, from flatbeds and bicycles to motorized tricycles, more than 15,000 film screenings have witnessed Lu Junchang's persistence in film screening. He was awarded by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China as an advanced worker in the popularization and screening of rural films nationwide.
