On February 10, after the on-site resumption of production acceptance inspection by the Qilin District Emergency Management Bureau of the competent department of the industry and the emergency service center of Dongshan Town, the mining license and safety production license of the quarry on the quarry in Dongshan Town, Dongshan Town, Dianqian Stone Industry Group were within the validity period, and the production site met the conditions for resuming production and agreed to resume production. So far, it is the first non-coal mine in the whole city.
Since the Spring Festival, in order to ensure the normal production and operation of Qujing Iron and Steel Group Yanggang (formerly Yuegang Group) Steel Co., Ltd., it has effectively met the supply of limestone raw materials for blast furnace smelting. On 7 February, the Dianqian Stone Industry (Quarry), which is responsible for the supply of limestone, submitted an application for resumption of production to the District Emergency Management Bureau. The bureau promptly organized supervision and law enforcement personnel, with the cooperation of the Dongshan Town Government and the Town Emergency Service Center, to go deep into the factory area to check the benchmarking table item by item.
In accordance with the procedural conditions for the resumption of production of relevant enterprises, the quarry on the Big Thorn Pond of the Group has the conditions for safe production and agrees to resume production. At the same time, the inspection team asked the enterprise to always put safety in the first place after resuming production, and further improve the daily safety production self-inspection and self-inspection, the dual-same prevention mechanism (hidden danger investigation and hidden danger hierarchical control) and other data files.
