There are 3 liquefied gas reserve stations, 2 natural gas storage and distribution stations, 21 gas filling stations and 47 liquefied gas supply stations in Pingluo County, which are mainly used for living, heating and vehicle supply. Gas safety accidents have the characteristics of great harm and great social impact, Pingluo County set up a leading group for gas safety inspection work, signed a letter of responsibility for gas safety production target management with 23 gas enterprises at the beginning of the year, and adopted quarterly enterprise self-inspection, "double random" inspection, third-party gas expert inspection and major holidays must check the working method, organizing law enforcement personnel to carry out special gas inspections. Adopt the forms of entering communities, township gatherings, and public accounts to release knowledge on safe gas use, and carry out publicity activities on safe gas use through multiple channels and in an all-round way to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents。 Urge all gas enterprises to strictly follow the "Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Gas Management Regulations", conscientiously implement the main responsibility for gas safety production, strengthen the training of employees, and eliminate the occurrence of various gas accidents.
At the same time, the installation of combustible gas alarm devices was carried out in the county's catering operators. At present, there are 838 gas operating enterprises and catering households in the county, and 603 have been installed; 281 households in townships and towns have installed 166 households.
On February 10, Pingluo County held a gas safety work conference and a combustible gas alarm device promotion meeting, and explained and trained on fire safety, social and household gas, emergency measures and other knowledge.
The meeting requested that all functional departments and gas enterprises in the county should continue to promote the installation of combustible gas alarm devices, vigorously carry out the investigation and management of hidden dangers, further improve the content of supervision, improve the supervision method, improve the emergency response capabilities, and prevent and curb the occurrence of accidents.
