2. Responsible for daily legal management, organizing and providing legal services such as trademark registration and rights management, contract management, legal text drafting, litigation and arbitration case handling for the company's operation and management;

3. Responsible for daily comprehensive risk management, organizing the formulation of comprehensive risk management reports, implementing risk prevention measures, etc.;

4. Responsible for daily audit management, organize and carry out out out-of-office audits, economic responsibility audits, internal control audits, project audits, information system audits, etc.;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

(2) Requirements for holding office

1. Have good political quality, implement the line, principles and policies of the party and the state, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have strong team leadership ability, innovation ability, good professional ethics and personal conduct;

2. The first degree is a full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in law and auditing is preferred; pass the national judicial examination (hold a legal professional qualification certificate);

3. Be at least 45 years old (this time after January 1, 1977);

4. More than 10 years of experience in legal work, law firm or legal management of large enterprises, with experience in establishing and improving the legal system of branch enterprises; experience in holding the leadership position of an independent operating company (subsidiary or branch) or the head of a large enterprise department leading the industry is preferred;

5. Have strong logical judgment and analysis ability, the ability to solve complex problems, have good communication skills, cross-departmental cooperation ability;

6. have the physical condition to perform duties normally;

7. Where there are particularly outstanding (outstanding performance, recognized by the masses) or special needs of the work, the conditions may be appropriately relaxed.

3. Appointment management and salary
